Hey all - If you didn't know, Skiz is out in Vegas playing with some of our money in a World Series of Poker event. He's playing in the Seven Card Stud - High/Low 8s or Better tournament. It has a $1000 buy-in and will be taking place tomorrow and (hopefully) Thursday as well.


If you would like to see where Skiz is after the first day, you can check this website - NOT WORK SAFE and it's about the 14th event from the top. I think Skiz said the first day didn't end until midnight on Wednesday so there may not be any results until Thursday morning.
If you're at work where I am, the site is not really work safe due to its gambling nature.

Free Money??!!!???

I sound like that guy Matthew Lesko...you know...the guy who screams into the camera about getting free money all while wearing a Riddler costume...yeah....that guy. This time, however, I don't think there's a scam. Via Robin Skiz(aka lil skiz) we were told of a website that will actually give you $10 to play. Yes, that's right, free money. No purchase necessary, avoid where prohibited (like at work in front of Fran's office). You do not have to link to a credit card and no deposit is needed. It may take up to 24hrs for the money to arrive.
I'm waiting for my free money now and I'll update when it shows up (and immediately gets spent on a 1-table 5-person 3-payout tournament).
